Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ANDYS. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Window You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as received — in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Return Process To start a return, contact our support team at support@andysvariety.com with your order number and reason for the return. All returns require prior authorization. Our return shipping address will be provided upon approval.

Important: Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Items: Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@andysvariety.com with a photo. We will send a return label and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@andysvariety.com.

5. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs and hair products that have been worn, washed, brushed, or altered (hygiene regulations apply)
  • Items clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

6. Cancellations & Exchanges

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order enters fulfillment and the standard return process applies.
  • Exchanges: To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
